The YWF needed to durably reduce the incidence of serious youth violence in Westminster.
The approach
We helped the YWF delivertrue behavioural change, informed by behavioural insight,by creating a bespoke“insight and change” framework. In doing so, we also identified and developed training and upskilling for those directly and indirectly involved in serious youth violence.
The outcome
We shaped the “Helping Hands Initiative”, a partnership between the YWF, the Metropolitan Police, and BBC Children in Need, to reduce serious youth violence.
