Dr Alexandra Dobra-Kiel

We are thrilled to announce that Dr Alexandra Dobra-Kiel has joined us in a new role as our Head of Behavioural Research and Insight, where she will use her wealth of experience to bolster the development of our behavioural technologies and enhance our use of data to help clients better understand their customers and prospects.

Alexandra’s hire is part of a series of senior restructures within the Total Media Group, which will also see Will Hanmer-Lloyd lead the Behave consultancy, as well as continuing to lead the strategy and research teams within Total Media, taking up the new title Head of Behave and Strategy.

Alexandra has extensive experience in the field of behavioural science, achieving a PhD from the University of Warwick – that explored how emotions affect elite’s ethical decision-making – for which she gained a Chancellor Scholarship, an Academy of Management award, and was a finalist for Falling Walls Berlin. Alexandra started her career at Accenture and, most recently, she was the Banking & Capital Markets Insight Lead at Deloitte where she helped financial services companies better prepare for uncertainty by identifying new corporate and business strategies.

As Head of Behavioural Research and Insight, Alexandra’s primary aims will involve working to create industry leading products in the field of Behavioural Science which can answer global and local client solutions.
