The challenge
Unbelievable now, but TikTok was relatively unknown in Europe and had reached a plateau. TikTok needed to accelerate its growth.
The approach
We helped TikTok identify and seize growth opportunities by using our proprietary “Reveal CX” solution. Through the layered research approach underpinning our solution, we developed monetisation strategies for TikTok’s creators and users, as well as identiifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
The outcome
We transformed perceptions to make TikTok the social phenomenon it is today. We helped TikTok understand where to focus its investment – including sponsoring the UEFA Euro 2020 – to generate growth in Europe.
