When we launched Reveal-EX™, an innovative employee experience solution, we knew that it had to undergo real-life testing to unlock its potential.

This led us to partner with a leading UK bank and its in-house Behavioural Science Centre of Excellence, where together, we could fully explore how psychological safety influences organisational dynamics. This partnership would also help the bank foster a culture of experimentation while pursuing its ambitious ‘One Bank’ vision.

The solution

We worked closely with the client to implement Reveal-EX™ across three distinct teams within the organisation to assess and foster psychological safety. The Reveal-EX™ framework, which uniquely breaks psychological safety into three core enablers and six sub-enablers, served as the foundation for both measurement and nurture, striking an effective balance between comfort and discomfort.

The impact
