Our Green Team has played a vital role in reducing our carbon footprint, helping us achieve carbon neutrality since 2022. Through initiatives like switching to green servers, minimising paper use, implementing an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, and promoting a cycle-to-work program, we're proud to say we’re doing our part for the planet.

We’re also MRS accredited, which is a testament to our dedication to research excellence and inclusivity in every aspect of our methods. By upholding our core value of integrity, we can always do what’s right for our clients while maintaining high standards in our work.

Our online surveys are designed with accessibility in mind, as well as offering clients the option of mixed methodologies, such as supplementing online surveys with telephone interviews to reach a wider audience, including those with sight or reading difficulties.

As a socially conscious company, we engage with issues around us. Most recently, we’ve partnered with the Young Westminster Foundation where together, we’re working to ensure that young people in the area grow up healthy, safe, and with access to the best opportunities for a brighter future.

One of our joint initiatives focused on Serious Youth Violence, where our research findings ignited roundtable discussions and inspired a campaign to reduce knife crime in the borough.
